Revstep Workspace is a software application that integrates with Amazon's Selling Partner API (SP-API) to power end-to-end account-management workflows for brand-owner sellers enrolled in Amazon Brand Registry. The application is operated by Revstep's trained Account Managers on behalf of authorizing clients, under OAuth authorization granted explicitly by each client.
Revstep Workspace powers the following workflows:
- Listing audit and optimization — review existing listing content, identify ranking and conversion improvement opportunities, draft recommended changes, and submit client-approved updates via Amazon's Listings Items API.
- Performance reporting — aggregate sales, traffic, and share-of-voice data into weekly client reports with prioritized recommendations.
- Pricing and competitive context — surface current pricing and offer state during audit and competitive review.
- Inventory and stock-out flagging — pull inventory availability and aggregate order metrics to align optimization timing with availability.
- Search and Brand Analytics insights — surface a brand's own search-query performance and search-term data to guide keyword and PPC optimization.
Each client's data is siloed to that client's own account. The seller-facing surface is this public website, Revstep's support contact, the Selling Partner Appstore listing (where applicable), and Amazon's hosted OAuth consent screen during initial authorization. Clients authorize Revstep Workspace through Amazon's consent screen and grant scoped, revocable access to their own Seller Central data.
