About Revstep

Revstep operates Revstep Workspace, a software application for Amazon account operations. Access to the Revstep Workspace application is governed by a separate signed services agreement, not by these website Terms.

Use of app.revstep.com

app.revstep.com is a public-facing website that describes Revstep Workspace and accepts inbound contact from prospective clients. You may use it for these purposes provided you do not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of app.revstep.com or its underlying systems
• Use app.revstep.com in any way that violates applicable law
• Misrepresent your identity when submitting contact forms or otherwise engaging Revstep

Revstep Workspace

Revstep Workspace is Revstep's account-management software application. Public-facing pages describing Revstep Workspace are for informational purposes. Access to the application requires a signed services agreement and explicit per-client OAuth authorization granted by each client.

Intellectual property

All content on app.revstep.com — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Revstep or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without Revstep's prior written permission.

Amazon, Amazon Seller Central, Selling Partner API, and related marks are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates. Revstep is an independent service provider and is not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with Amazon beyond its enrollment in Amazon's Service Provider Network and (where applicable) Selling Partner Appstore.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

app.revstep.com is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Revstep is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of app.revstep.com.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
